I was you.
For as long as I can remember I have known in my heart that I was meant for a purpose and that there was a great impact I was supposed to contribute to the world.
So I sought to fulfill it by following all the advice of those who claimed to know how to get there.
I did everything I was told to be the best daughter, the most powerful leader, the most successful entrepreneur, the most loving mother, the best good girl I could be. And I succeeded.
On paper I had everything that should make a person happy but I wasn’t.
Somewhere deep down I knew that God’s best for my life couldn’t feel so unfulfilling and flat.
This couldn’t be all there was to life.
And so I began the most courageous journey of my life...
Leaving the life I had known in search for the truth, the more inside of me.
From working with spiritual gurus in the Sedona desert to meeting world changers on private islands, I went on the hunt to uncover who I was and what I was made for.
I said yes to discovering my subtle energetic body, challenged what I thought I had always known, healed core wounds and invested completely in my expansion, even when none of it made practical sense.
But most importantly I allowed myself to question everything I had been, to find out who I was meant to become.
But that journey came with a price.
My new life would cost me my old one.

"Your new life is going to cost you your old one...
It is going to cost you your comfort zone and your sense of direction. It’s going to cost you relationships and friends. It’s going to cost you being liked and understood. But it doesn't matter. Because the people who are meant for you are going to meet you on the other side. And you're going to build a new comfort zone around the things that actually move you forward. And instead of being liked, you’re going to be loved. Instead of being understood, you're going to be seen. All you're going to lose is what is built for a person you no longer are. Let it go."
Letting go of who I thought I was supposed to be to embrace who I really am was the most courageous thing I had ever done.
It was scary, unsettling, lonely and disorienting.
But it was also brave, alive, fulfilling and awe-inspiring.
And once I made it to the “other side”, I found out I was right, I was more.
But more importantly I learned that the answers to a life well lived weren’t outside of me, they were WITHIN ME.
I discovered that we each are designed with a purpose and it is only through personal exploration, learning to listen to your intuition and courageously following the call of your heart that you will feel the fulfillment of living out your mark on this world.
At that moment I realized I didn’t just want this for me, I wanted it for all of us.
I wanted to create the space that I wish I had been a part of as I stepped into consciously leading my life.
And so I am.
